Application

1. Material selection: Sleeves are generally made of high-quality medium carbon steel or medium carbon alloy steel, which can be quenched and tempered to improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of the parts.

2. Surface treatment methods: surface quenching, carburizing, etc.

3. Surface hardness: Overall quenched and tempered hardness: 220-280HB, ensuring the toughness of the sleeve substrate and avoiding impact fracture. Hardness of tooth surface hardening: 45-55HRC after high-frequency quenching, 58-62HRC after carburizing quenching, meeting the requirements of wear resistance and load-bearing.
