Cylinder barrel: It is the main body of the cylinder, which bears the pressure of hydraulic oil and requires sufficient strength and rigidity.
Piston and piston rod: The piston moves back and forth in the cylinder, and the piston rod is connected to the external actuator to transmit power. The sealing performance of the piston and piston rod directly affects the working efficiency and reliability of the cylinder.
Seals: including piston seals, piston rod seals, etc., used to prevent hydraulic oil leakage and ensure the working pressure and volumetric efficiency of the cylinder.

Application

The core action of drilling: driving the drill bit to feed and control the pressure, driving the traveling block and hook to complete the drilling of the drill pipe, which is the power core of drilling operations.
Derrick and equipment debugging: Control the lifting, vertical placement, and angle adjustment of the wellhead to ensure stable installation; Drive the top drive device positioning to ensure drilling accuracy.
Drilling platform auxiliary operation: Drive the opening, closing, and locking of hydraulic tongs and drill pipe clamps, drive the reciprocating motion of the mud pump piston, and ensure the handling of drill pipes and circulation of mud.
Special operating conditions: Adapt to the salt spray environment of offshore drilling platforms, the high-temperature dust environment of deserts, and the low-temperature environment of cold regions to ensure the continuous and stable operation of hydraulic cylinders.
