The hydraulic cylinder of the coal mining machine is the "core execution unit" for raising the cutting arm and lifting the drum of the coal mining machine. It is usually a double acting single piston hydraulic cylinder, consisting of a cylinder barrel, piston rod, piston, seal, etc.

Application

Cutting section height adjustment oil cylinder: drives the cutting drum to rise and fall, adjusts the coal mining height;
Traction unit walking oil cylinder: controls the movement of the coal mining machine along the scraper conveyor track, providing propulsion power;
Swing arm oil cylinder: adjust the tilt angle of the cutting drum to optimize the cutting path;
Protective plate oil cylinder: supports the coal wall to prevent underground lining.
