Feature 

1.Common materials: high hardness, toughness, and wear resistance alloy steel.
2.After surface high-frequency quenching or carburizing treatment, it has extremely high hardness,strong wear resistance, and can effectively resist friction and wear during plate calibration.
3. Heat treatment: It must undergo quenching and tempering treatment (quenching+high-temperature tempering) to obtain comprehensive mechanical properties of high strength and good toughness.
4.It is required to have extremely high cylindricity, straightness, and surface smoothness to ensure that pressure is evenly transmitted to the board, avoid scratching the board, and ensure the quality of leveling.
